Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Nurosoft, we provide a strictly time-bound digital service. Please review our policy carefully prior to subscription.

1. No Refund Policy

Due to the specific 50-day nature of our digital infrastructure, all payments are final. Once a subscription is successfully activated on our servers, Nurosoft does not offer refunds or chargebacks.

2. Cancellations

Users hold the right to stop utilizing the application at any moment by deleting the PWA from their device. However, no pro-rata refunds will be provided for the unutilized remainder of the 50-day validity period.

3. Technical Disputes

If a payment is successfully debited from your bank account but your subscription is not updated within our system, please contact our support desk immediately at nurosoft9@gmail.com with your transaction UTR number for manual resolution.
