Terms and Conditions

By downloading and subscribing to the software services provided by Nurosoft, you agree to the following terms:

1. Subscription Model and Pricing

Access to our real-time tracking architecture requires a fixed payment. The cost is strictly set at 300 INR + 18% GST, bringing the total checkout amount to 354 INR.

2. Validity Period

Upon successful payment, the user account is granted an active session validity of exactly 50 Days. After this period, tracking services will be automatically suspended unless renewed.

3. Hardware Disclaimer & Service Availability

This tracking application relies on your device's native hardware, including GPS Location and Magnetometer (Compass) sensors, as well as mobile network connectivity. Accuracy is entirely dependent on your device's physical capabilities and surrounding environmental factors. Nurosoft is not responsible for tracking inaccuracies, signal loss, or navigational errors caused by missing or faulty hardware.

4. Account Security

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials (PIN). Nurosoft is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from shared PINs.

5. Jurisdiction

By using this service, you explicitly agree that any legal disputes, claims, or proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ahilyanagar, Maharashtra, India.
